From Davao to Zamboanga to Once Islas
1. From Davao fly to Zamboanga
2. Head to downtown Zamboanga.
3. Ride a tricycle and tell the driver to send you to the van terminal heading to Once Islas.
4. At the terminal, ride a van heading to Brgy. Panubigan. Make sure this is a van that will pass by Brgy. Panubigan so you can be dropped off at the Once Islas drop off.
5. Upon arrival at Panubigan barangay proper, ride a habal-habal heading to the barangay hall where you will register and pay for your trip.
Things to do at Once Islas
1. VISIT SIROMMON ISLAND
– The sandbar in Sirommon is the highlight for beach lovers. Adventurers will enjoy the trek on the other side of the island.
2. TAKE A LOT OF PHOTOS
– When visiting, make sure your battery is full to take a lot of photos!
3. TREKKING
– Some of the islands have hikes or trekking trails!
4. SWIMMING
– Before diving in the water, ask your guide first where it is safe to swim.
5. FREEDIVING
– It is safe for you to freedive in certain locations of the water. Just let your guide know!
6. VISIT BAUNG-BAUNG ISLAND
– Baung-Baung Island has a wide white beach that is perfect for a vacation!

To bring when visiting Once Islas
1. Bring cash for payments.
2. Bring a trash bag to collect your garbage throughout your stay.
3. Bring your own tumblr for drinking water. The tourism office wants to avoid introducing plastic to the place.
Reminders when visiting Once Islas
1. Reserve your slot by emailing them or contacting their Facebook Page.
2. Walk-ins are accepted until 11 AM everyday.
3. Book early because visitors are limited to 200 per day.
4. They are closed every Friday to make way for Muslim prayer day.
5. Walk-in guests must head to Panubigan Brgy. Hall as the jump-off point before heading to Once Islas.
6. Earliest boat trip is at 7 AM and the last trip is 3 PM.
7. Overnight stays are not allowed.
8. No nudity at the island.
9. If you want to eat crabs, notify the tourism office prior to your visit.
10. You can bring your own food and water, but be careful to not leave garbage in the islands.
